Obituary for Linda M. Marletta

Beverly - Linda M. (DeLorenzo) Marletta 68, beloved wife of Thomas Marletta, died Friday, August 3, 2018 at the Lahey Medical Center in Burlington.
Born and raised in Beverly, she was the daughter of Evelyn (Merandino) DeLorenzo of Peabody and the late Anthony J. DeLorenzo. She received her education in the Beverly school system and graduated from Beverly High School, class of 1968.
Linda had been employed for many years as a salon owner and cosmetology educator until the time of her retirement.
She was always up for an adventure. She loved the beach, especially Independence Park in Beverly and vacationing on the Cape with her family.
A lifelong resident of Beverly, Linda dedicated her life to her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.
In addition to her husband, with whom she shared 47 years of marriage, she is survived by her two daughters, Kerrie Feener and her husband, Douglas of Beverly and Alana LeBlanc and her husband, David of Beverly, four grandchildren, Tyler and Travis Feener and Cole and Chase LeBlanc, a brother, Joseph DeLorenzo and his wife, Joan of Beverly and several nieces and nephews.
Her funeral service will be held at the Campbell Funeral Home, 525 Cabot Street, Beverly, Thursday, August 9, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
