Obituary for Debra A. Cucinelli

Peabody - Debra A. (Josselin) Cucinelli 58, formerly of Beverly, died unexpectedly, Wednesday, September 26, 2018.

Born in Beverly, she was the daughter of Barbara (Vincent) Josselin and the late Albert J. Josselin Jr. She was raised in Beverly and received her education in the Beverly school system.

A resident of Peabody for over ten years and prior to that in Beverly, Debbie dedicated her life to her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her son, Mark Cucinelli and his wife, Bethany of Beverly, a daughter, Danielle Franco and her fiancé, Brandon Szelag of Peabody, four grandchildren, Gia, Gavin, Isabella and Jaxson, two sisters, Linda Josselin-Michalski and Nancy Josselin-Belanger both of Beverly, two brothers, Robert Josselin of Gloucester, Scott Josselin of Jay, VT and several nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late William Josselin Sr.

It is extremely difficult to express how greatly Deb will be missed by all those who she blessed with her love and affection. She was a fighter who endured years of discomfort that was always lifted, even for a brief moment, by the hugs, smiles, love and kisses she received from her children and grandchildren. They were her everything and she was theirs.

To know Deb was to know that she had a huge heart, would give you the shirt off her back, and that nothing was more important to her than her family, especially her grandchildren. Over the years she enjoyed nothing more than creating positive memories that she knew her friends and family could cherish for a lifetime once she was gone. As a mom and grandma she was amazing! You knew going to her home there was always going to be food, love and open arms. As a daughter, an aunt, and a sister there was nothing that she wouldn't do for you when in need. In recent years she loved joining her friends when they went to the casinos and watching the Patriots on Sundays. In the summers she always made time for a week away with Gia whether it was in Maine, at Coco Keys, or at the Naswa in NH and often was joined by her son, daughter, nieces and nephews.

We love you big, big like the sky! xoxox
